This is a genuine high-quality and well-matched set of antique Tibetan Tingsha cast in a bronze alloy. They produce a high sixth octave B6 (1978Hz) with harmonic overtones when struck together.  Both cymbals are inscribed with dot-punched mantras.

Tingsha are small cymbals used in Tibetan Buddhist prayers and rituals, and antique sets are extremely rare and sought-after.
