Currency Changer: Prices are listed in GB£ but can easily be changed to € or US$ with the currency changer located at the top of every page. The currency will automatically revert to UK Pounds on checkout, but you will be billed in your own currency at the current exchange rate.
Payment: We accept PayPal and all major Credit/Debit Cards (PayPal is our payment gateway, but a PayPal account is not required).
Make a Purchase: Click the 'ADD TO CART' button and follow the on-screen instructions. If you do not have a PayPal account, or prefer to pay by Credit/Debit card, simply choose the Guest option. No card details are entered or stored on this website.
Free Shipping: From 1st January 2023 everything will be shipped at our expense.
Packing: Your Singing Bowl will be carefully wrapped in sponge sheeting and generously surrounded with biodegradable loose-fill inside a strong double-wall carton box that is sealed and criss-crossed with ‘FRAGILE’ packing tape. Sometimes we place a box inside a box for extra protection, or use a wooden packing case if appropriate. To date EVERY ITEM SHIPPED has arrived SAFE AND SOUND!
Delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. UK orders are sent by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day. European and International orders are sent by insured, tracked and signed-for Royal Mail Global Priority or Air Mail. Local VAT or Import Duty, if any, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
USA and Canada: We regularly ship to the USA and Canada where we have many satisfied customers. All shipments are tracable and signed for. We will send you the tracking number, and usually a gauranteed delivery date. Delivery normally takes 4 to 5 days to the United States.
Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide and have customers in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil and many European countries including Russia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France and Switzerland.
The archive: Once you purchase a bowl it will be moved to the ARCHIVE located under the BOWLS tab in the main toolbar.
Returns: We naturally hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you find an item is not as described or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the full cost, less postage, if it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
